When in a breakdown

• Open the RSA app and go to the "SOS" tab.
• Select the relevant type of breakdown for your understanding.
• Confirm your SOS.
• Wait for our RSA agent to come to you and provide the best possible solution.
• Once completed you shall be informed of the total cost via the app.
• Payment can be made via credit card or cash.
• Once the payment is completed rate our RSA agent.
